Participants can learn about the workplace problems of other audiences, broaden their horizons and accumulate more workplace experience.
Lectures are held regularly by Aristot mentors. Based on personal experience and professional background, they will focus on a specific aspect of career development and deliver in a both effective and efficient way.
You will build a connection with one of the Aristot mentors who are either Senior Manager, Director, or VP level from Fortune 500 companies. During the Bi-weekly or monthly session of 1 hour with the mentor, you can have customized case for the mentor to explain how to handle career problems professionally. After each mentorship session, there will be improvements points as homework. You also can have personal recommendation & endorsement from the mentor. The coaching period can vary from 6 to 12 months.
The 1 on 1 mentorship service consists of two parts: Continuous Improvement and Problem Solving.
